In the context of the sport psychological PhD work of Michele Ufer we will organize an exceptional trail running event:

40 participants who are willing to participate in a sport psychological survey are invited to start for free at the HILLYMANJARO "research trail race" in the summer or winter edition.

As a thank you, each participant receives a scientifically-sound feedback report on how to enhance individul (mental) performance.
